Amy initially became interested in real estate as an investor of rental property. As with many firsts in life, her first investment taught her some tough lessons. Driven by this experience, she committed to educating herself in real estate and to succeeding. Within four years of launching her career, she was closing a diverse portfolio of properties, including: waterfront, agricultural, industrial, commercial, residential and new construction. She attributes this early success to her eagerness to learn, sales integrity, and gaining the trust of clients, many of whom continue to maintain friendships with her.
Amy is a resident and native of St. Cloud, MN, and continues to be an active community supporter. She taps into her energy and sporting interests by giving to local non-profits and participating in events such as golf tournaments and marathons. She is a board member of St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors and a member of St. Cloud Business Builders Networking Group. Other certifications include: EPro, CRS, ABR, RCC and New Construction Certified.
Outside of work Amy loves to spend time with her active family. Together they enjoy a variety of summer and winter sports involving wheels, skis, boards, boats and balls. She is extremely grateful for the opportunities each day brings and doesn't take a moment for granted.
