I believe in constant communication with my clients throughout the entire process, I'm dedicated, and will be available when you need me. One of the most common complaints from consumers regarding their real estate agent is lack of accessibility and availability. Many real estate agents will be available/accessible during the initial process until you sign a contract...then they disappear. You might be directed to their client care specialist, or listing coordinator, or buyer's agent, or assistant. Many of these agents are very good at convincing you to sign their contract, then you end up dealing with several other people throughout the process, and rarely with the actual agent you thought you were hiring. It's a similar process with marketing and negotiations. You might think the agent you hired is handling the negotiations directly, but often times it's another individual from their team. That individual from their team may or may not be an effective negotiator, but it's not the individual you thought you were hiring. When you work with me you will be working withme. I will be the agent meeting with you, I will be the agent communicating you, and I will be the agent negotiating on your behalf.

I've been a full-time Realtor with RE/MAX Results in the Twin Cities for 19 years. I'm a second generation Realtor, and I've been surrounded by the real estate industry my entire life. My father, Steve Ennen, was my mentor. He always gave the same high level of service and integrity to every transaction, 100% of the time. His philosophy was simple -- ALWAYS do the right thing for your clients and business will follow. I've tried to emulate that philosophy throughout my career, and I'm proud to say almost all of my business is through referral and repeat clients.
