MISSION: My top priority has always been and will always be my clients. EXPERIENCE: Realtor since 2004. I've attended many home inspections, appraisals, walk throughs, and closings.

CURRENT STATS: Average Sales Price: $170,000 Average List/Sell price for Sellers: 100%.

MEMBERSHIP: Active member in MAR, NAR, and SEMAR; DESIGNATIONS: GRI designation and in 2008 attained the ABR designation.

QUALIFICATIONS: I do real estate full time which allows me to stay current on market and industry changes. My husband and I have lived in SE Minnesota since 1992. ABOUT US: Pete and I have two grown sons, I currently live just outside of Rochester and I enjoy the scenic drive to the big city every day.

INTERESTS: Real Estate News, Photography, Salmon Fishing, GREAT food, Wine, Juice making with my husband each morning.
