They say the definition of value is a combination of what you pay for something COMBINED with the quality of what you get. I like to think that if you sell or buy your home with me you are getting a great value!

If you are selling your home I usually charge between a 1/2%-1% less on the commission rate than most of my other full-time competitors. I do this by not over-emphasizing the effectiveness of a bunch of superfluous marketing activities that will sell your home. I believe the MLS system we have and the incredible effectiveness of the Internet marketing we implement will get the "story" about your home out to the market. Once the introduction is made to the real estate buying market, people will start viewing your home and, if they like it, start making you offers! I simply charge less of a commission because the cost of marketing homes has decreased dramatically ever since the Internet marketing took over.

If you are buying a home you don't pay the traditional real estate fee to me. That fee comes from the seller and the listing agent/brokerage. There is a nomimal broker commission of $499 that is common among brokers in our area. This fee is only paid upon a successful closing. What you get from me is service. You will get listings emailed to you daily as they hit the market or drop their price. Many of the main Internet sites don't filter out homes that are already sold "subject to...." inspections, short sale approvals or just ones that are simply sold and their information is not accurate. I will get you out to the homes as quickly as possibly so you don't miss out on the best ones. The best homes very often sell within days (even hours sometimes) of hitting the market. I am a full-time committed Realtor that will use my due diligence to help you find a great home.

The reason I am a good value is because you get a Realtor that most likely has 10 or 20 times the experience than any average agent has yet I charge less. I do this because it helps you save money and helps me work more efficiently on successful real estate transactions.
