All jokes aside, I love helping home buyers and home sellers (especially friends, family, past clients, and referrals). I used to love helping everyone, but after 20 years of driving around strangers and internet leads, I prefer to only work with those who have sought me out, been referred to me or already know me. These days, I spend a ton of time getting my listings to show up on the first page of Google and toward the top of each individual real estate search website, app, portal etc. The challenge to set myself and my listing apart from the thousands of others is invigorating.
