Kevin Lomen has been in real estate for over 30 years. He attended college at UMD and has completed numerous real estate courses throughout the years. Most noteworthy, Kevin was granted Realtor Emeritus status in 2016; and is a member of the RE/MAX hall of fame. He has been active in most local Realtor committees within Duluth; including president of the local DAAR 400. Therefore, his experience enables him to confidently provide value to his clients with each transaction.

With a passion for sports, Kevin enjoys working with youth athletics. He has over 15 years of coaching experience between Eastern Little League and Congdon Hockey. Furthermore, he is president of Eastern LL and on the board of directors for Congdon Hockey. Furthermore, with each sale Kevin donates a portion to the Children's Miracle Network.
