Since 1998 I've served hundreds of clients here in the Twin Cities area as a mortgage loan officer, so by the time I decided to earn my real estate license in 2005, I was very familiar with the oftentimes complex financial side of real estate transactions. I'm familiar with hundreds of different buying and selling scenarios in relation to single-family residences, rental properties, house-flipping, land acquisitions and new construction purchases and sales.

I take customer service very seriously when it comes to finding properties that fit YOUR criteria, not my agenda as a salesman. I'm also serious about doing my due diligence when it comes to checking city ordinances etc. regarding questions you may have about a certain property or city, recommending competent home inspectors to enhance your confidence when buying, and giving you tips and examples of what's worth your time and what's not when trying to sell.
