As an engineering graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Kevinn has a thorough appreciation and understanding of the power of technology. He harnesses technology, for example, to help you determine the value of a home, whether you're a buyer or seller. He has also mastered electronic document techniques that help our environment, yet make it extremely simple for you to interact with the myriad of documents necessary in a real estate transaction.

James

James is the artistic one, the closest person in real estate to being a "renaissance man." He can design, stage, decorate and renovate, and has the vision to walk into a space and imagine how it can be modified to suit your specific needs as a buyer of the home or to prepare sellers to maximize their home's appeal to prospective buyers.

James majored in music at Simpson College in south-central Iowa, and has always had a connection to homes. He lovingly renovates them for his own pleasure, but also to leave a legacy for future owners and the neighborhood they'll move into. His approachable style is appreciated by our clients, for whom the buying or selling of a home can often prove extremely stressful.
