Claire grew up in Crocus Hill in a 1906 brick house that is a featured stop on the John Dillinger Slept Here tour. Her father is an old house enthusiast. His passions led the family to spend many vacations visiting historic homes in Minnesota and throughout the country.

After a decade of selling real estate, Claire has personally viewed a large share of the homes that have been on the market in St. Paul. She has learned their ins and outs; she knows the intricacies of all the St. Paul neighborhoods. Her intimate knowledge of the city enables Claire to assist buyers in finding the perfect neighborhood to call home and sellers to price their homes appropriately.
