Lisa was born and raised in St. Cloud. She got her first taste of real estate quite young, when her family sold 120 acres of the family farm and developed it into a neighborhood, which means Lisa literally learned the construction business from the ground up! Today, this southside neighborhood is known as Sterling Woods and the center of that development is a familiar St. Cloud landmark, Rose Richter Park, named for Lisa's grandmother. Lisa has a love for marketing homes and negotiating. She also likes designing and staging and especially enjoys working with sellers. Lisa and Gary each have 30 years of real estate experience!
