I am a logger's daughter. I was born and raised in Grand Marais, MN in a family of seven children. Early on, I was taught that the secret to success is simply honesty and hard work. In 1986, I moved to Duluth. My first employer was a beautiful young lady who had been in a skydiving accident, I was a home health care provider for her and her son. When that job ended, I took a position as a phlebotomist at St. Mary's Hospital. During this time I met my husband, Pat and got married. I gained his two children and we had two children. When our children were young, I returned to school while working, and in 1991 became a Surgical Technician. Always striving to be happy and more successful, in 1996 I became a Realtor. While both careers are very different, both have many commonalities; confidentiality, attention to detail and hard work. I found the longer I performed each job the better I got, therefore until a few years ago, I continued to work part time as a surgical tech while selling Real Estate full time. Presently, I sell Real Estate full time with over 25 years of experience. In addition to my career, I am proud of my large family. I have been married to Pat for 33 years and have four adult children; Jennifer (husband Pat), Cory (wife Michelle), Kasey, and Cade (wife Wynn). I also have nine grandchildren; Culley, Brooklyn, Blake, Aly, Evy, Izy, Renz, Hope and Owen.
